  3. Data is automatically validated and encrypted to remove identifying elements

  4. Sourcemap uses a combination of risk heat maps -- including real-time satellite imagery and local government maps -- to monitor the supplier data for deforestation risk

  5. Risk scores are calculated based on data quality and risk probability

  6. Brands have access to an online dashboard to monitor supplier risk for their dedicated supply chains

  1. Extension agents capture productivity and livelihoods data directly from communities and farms using offline-capable mobile apps on iOS and Android with GDPR-compliant surveys

  2. Farm-level GPS area data is captured for every farm and used to generate a farmer ID with accurate yield estimate

  3. Traceability data for each bag is captured using mobile apps, batch file uploads and API integration at the collection point, warehouse and port

  4. Each mobile device is tracked to provide useful project management feedback for local offices.

  5. Transaction analytics are used to monitor yields and trigger real-time alerts in case of workforce and volume anomalies
