Maximize your Supply Chain Visibility
Product-Level Supply Chain Value Stream Mapping
Fill in the gaps in upstream ERP data through the same Sourcemap supplier portal used to map over 3.5 million facilities and sites worldwide. The portal is a single interface for suppliers from any industry or tier to quickly and confidentially map their critical sites to share with all of their customers. Overlay Bills of Materials data for traceability down to the individual suppliers of specific components. Sourcemap will merge newly mapped supply chains and map them to critical parts and finished goods for a complete picture of dependencies across the end-to-end supplier network.

Quality Assurance
Collect quality testing data from your entire upstream supply chain so that you can identify gaps and put in place an upstream testing and qualification program. Sourcemap's supplier portal makes it possible to collect quality testing data in bulk and associate it with individual shipments and batches at any stage of the supply chain. Quickly assess the quality and proactively identify risks.
Continuous Monitoring
Once you've identified data gaps and quality issues upstream you can work with your suppliers to put in place continuous monitoring and corrective action plans. Sourcemap serves as a single source of upstream quality data that can be continuously updated in bulk via automated interfaces. Look forward to the day you'll know about issues weeks or months before materials arrive at the factory.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if a supplier does not want to participate?
Sourcemap will work with your procurement and compliance teams to plan for supplier non-responsiveness as well as red flags and incomplete or erroneous data submission. Non-compliant suppliers are prioritized for mitigation including but not limited to: audits, corrective action plans, capacity building and more.
Why does Sourcemap offer Supplier Outreach?
It's extremely important that sub-suppliers register and respond in a timely manner to requests for traceability, or else companies can't be assured that they will be able to provide the data required for US Forced Labor and EU Environmental and Deforestation regulations in the strict timelines established by the laws. Sourcemap's Supplier Outreach not only ensures that companies can quickly identify non-compliance; it ensures that mitigation measures can be put in place with non-compliant suppliers in accordance with regulatory requirements. In addition, onboarding tier-2, tier-3, tier-4 suppliers is an excellent way to ensure resilience in the event of a supply chain disruption.
How does Sourcemap reach sub-suppliers?
Sourcemap uses a combination of automated and expert-driven solutions to onboard and support sub-suppliers faster than any solution on the market. Our approach includes multi-channel communications (phone, email, chat) in multiple languages (over 8 languages spoken at present) accompanied by training and tutorial materials and live webinars.
What response rates are typical for tier-2 and tier-3 suppliers?
Sourcemap achieved industry-leading response rates that vary based on each industry's maturity, with all companies achieving 100% tier-1 and tier-2 responses within the first two years. Tier-3 and Tier-4 response rates average 50-70% depending on the industry and structure of the supply chain.
How does Sourcemap verify supplier-submitted data?
Sourcemap offers the only enterprise-scale validated supplier-attested data collection solution on the market. Sourcemap validates supplier data through a series of integrity checks and cross-referencing with third-party data. Depending on the type of data being validated, Sourcemap validates using cloud-based document scanning, geo-data processing against risk layers including deforestation, and legality assessment against local regulations and registries.
What happens if there are anomalies in supplier-submitted data?
Sourcemap surfaces any anomaly in supplier data including errors and omissions for customer viewing and eventual mitigation. Notifications are sent in real time and include all sources of data so that they can be independently verified.
