For the sixth time in a row the Hershey Company has named Sourcemap among its trusted partners in its 2025 Responsible Business Report.

This year, the spotlight is on deforestation. Hershey names Sourcemap alongside the Earthworm Foundation and the World Cocoa Foundation as the partners it relies on to monitor and assess deforestation- and conversion-free cocoa across its supply chain.

Powered by geospatial monitoring through Sourcemap, Hershey has polygon-mapped 100% of the farmers producing its cocoa volume in Côte d'Ivoire and Ghana — giving it the farm-level visibility to measure tree-cover loss, flag encroachment into protected forests, and hold the line against deforestation.
